Greetings! I'm Linda Taliaferro and I've been in corporate America for over 30 years. I have had an awesome career but it wasn't easy. If I knew what I know now, I would have reach the seat that I have today much faster.
As a woman of color, it was incredibly rare for me to see someone that looked liked me in the seats I desired.
Instead of settling, I got curious. I paid attention to my surroundings, built relationships, and propelled myself forward. It was through the lessons learned, the "secret sauce" that was shared via my mentors that made all of the difference!!
